Your role will be to engage with potential customers, generate leads and promote our services that HBC Logistics has to offer.
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is driven and self-motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and loves speaking to people on the phone, which is key to your success in this role!
In this role you will:
- Generate leads for the Sales Manager to follow up upon
- Generate & book appointments
- Call existing customers to establish any further service needs
- Call prospective customers to introduce yourself and the business offering
- Work towards specific targets and KPIs
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have experience in customer service and sales, a results driven attitude and desire to be a key team player in a sales driven environment is most important
- Not be phased by aiming for and exceeding sales KPIs
- Be a great communicator – confident and able to interact with people on all levels from a multitude of different businesses and industries
- Be passionate about building great relationships and using your negotiation skills to speak to decision makers
- Have great numeracy and IT skills, experience of using CRM systems would be an advantage
- Have persistence and resilience – you don’t give up easily, you’re hungry for success!
- Have experience in transport or logistics background – although this is not essential
