Customer Service Advisor
HBC Logistics is a hugely successful logistics company based in Baldock & Letchworth Garden City specialising in Same Day deliveries, Warehouse Storage, Pallets, Overnight, European and International deliveries. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will join our team in providing a top quality, market leading logistics service.
Candidates must have experience in a busy office environment handling multi inbound calls & emails along with working well together with a team, experience within transport is advantage but is not essential.
Requirements of the role include:
- Planning/routing a busy same day network of vehicles
- Liaising with customers via telephone & email
- Planning and managing all UK and International shipments
- Responsible for inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Working alongside the sales team
- General data input
- Good customer service at all times
- Having lots of fun in the process!
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, reliable and work well within a team as well as on their own initiative, there is plenty of potential of progress within HBC Logistics Ltd.
The hours to start will be an 8am – 6pm shift, once trained and comfortable this will then be 10am – 8pm for one week, then 6am – 4pm. This will alternate each week. You will need to also cover the out of hour phone 3/4 times per month once fully trained.
We have a bonus scheme that can be worth between £1,500 to £2,500 per year in addition.
