Renowned British Touring Cars driver and good friend of the team at HBC Logistics, Árón Taylor-Smith, delivered a memorable moment of his BTCC career with a race two victory.
This season, our parent company, DX, will be supporting Árón trackside. Following the recent celebration of DX SameDay’s first anniversary, the partnership reflects a shared focus on speed and precision. Árón’s expertise on the track aligns perfectly with DX SameDay’s fast and reliable service, creating a strong partnership that supports both Aron’s racing ambitions and the continued growth of DX SameDay. Now, with Árón’s first win in a decade at the 5th race of the 2026 season, it seems DX could be Árón’s good luck charm.
Árón qualified 9th and finished the first race in 13th, bagging some points. The second race was a different story with Árón delivering a classy drive, going from 13th to 1st place, while on slicks. When the rain arrived on lap 9, Árón came into his own, showing great composure and car control in changeable conditions on a greasy track. The race was red flagged and declared a race result on lap 22, but with a 4 second lead by that point, Árón would’ve been difficult to beat. His determination was victorious, as he ended up taking the top step of the podium which was an emotional win for Árón.
