Dedicated Courier company, HBC Logistics, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our excellent service team in organising and managing our every-day bookings and customer base.

HBC Logistics is a same day dedicated courier based in Stratton Business Park in Biggleswade (SG18 8YL). Running a 24/7 operation, we specialise in providing an end-to-end logistics solution that is designed to streamline your business performance and growth. Our comprehensive range of services include same day, palletised and international deliveries, storage and fulfilment and overnight parcel services.
We are looking for an outgoing, ambitious & experienced customer service advisor from a transport background who will join our team in providing a top quality, market leading logistics service.
The Role
- Position: Customer Service Representative
- Term: Full-Time
- Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00
- Salary: £30,000
- Based: HBC Logistics Ltd, Stratton Business Park, Biggleswade, SG18 8YL
Job Responsibilities
- Planning/routing a busy same day network of vehicles
- Liaising with customers via telephone & email
- General customer service queries
- Responsible for inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Working alongside the sales team
- Good IT skills
- Hours – 8pm-6pm
Requirements
- Customer Service: 5 years minimum (required)
