Phishing – Making Sure You Are Choosing The Right HBC Logistics
Unfortunately, it’s very common for people to attempt to impersonate companies through a fake website that can look very real. One has recently been reported to us – a website with a quoting system impersonating HBC to get victims to send money for services that won’t be received.
Therefore, to prevent anyone from being further victimised by a scam website in the future, we have highlighted quick and easy ways you can tell online communication is official and from us. Please read the below and refer back to it if you need to.
1 Our Website
This is our official website, www.hbclogistics.co.uk with green and navy blue branding. If you come across another website with our logo, please do not assume it is us. We only currently have one official main site.
2 Our Address
Our official address is Unit 1 G-Park, Stratton Business Park, Lancaster Way, Biggleswade, SG18 8YL and you can find it in the Footer of our official website. This is our main and only site as of December 2022.
3 Our Emails
We regularly contact our customers through email. To avoid becoming a victim of any email scams, please check that the email address is correct (usually serviceteam@hbclogistics.co.uk), our official site address is located at the bottom of the email or there is an official email signature.
4 WhatsApp
Please note we currently do not use WhatsApp as a way for customers to contact us. Therefore, if you come across a website or page impersonating HBC that offers a WhatsApp contact or booking service, it is unlikely to be us. In light of this, we do have a mobile phone number that can be contacted via WhatsApp for our drivers and customers with accounts. Therefore, if you do contact us via WhatsApp, it will be through this number only 07497 104 487.
5 Google My Business/Social Media Channels
Another way to check you are using the right website and communication, search us on Google! Our Google My Business profile should pop up with all of the right information. Our active social media accounts (@hbclogistics) will also provide the right information and guidance.
6 Our Phone Numbers
As well as email, our preferred method of communication is via telephone. You can call us, and we will likely call you too. Other than the personal mobile numbers used by our sales team, the only telephone numbers to use to contact us are:

All four of these numbers begin with an automated auto attendant message. This will help you confirm it an official HBC Logistics number. If you ring a different number from another website and it does not have our automated message, this will not be us. We kindly ask you block and report this number.
