JOB ROLE & QUALIFICATIONS

A hugely successful logistics company currently based in Biggleswade specialising in Same Day deliveries, Warehouse Storage, Pallets, Overnight, European and International deliveries is looking for an outgoing, ambitious Customer Service Represenatitve who will join our team in providing a top quality, market leading logistics service.

Candidates must have experience in a busy office environment handling multiple inbound calls and emails along with working well together with a team. A minimum of 2 years experience within a customer services is essential.

Requirements of the role include:

  • Planning/routing a busy same day network of vehicles
  • Liaising with customers via telephone & email
  • Planning and managing pallet network freight
  • Responsible for inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Working alongside the sales team
  • Good IT skills

We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, reliable and work well within a team as well as on their own initiative. The company has grown year on year and is always presenting new opportunities to staff promoting within as much as possible.

We have a bonus scheme in addition to the base salary, which is paid monthly. We also have a brand new on site Gym with personal trainer that can be used by all staff members.

10 Hour shifts, Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,900.00-£31,000.00 per year
